New to Sous Vide, what to try other than steak?
I got an Anova immersion circulator as a Christmas gift, I’ve used it about a half dozen times for steak, either finishing in a pan or on the grill (even a charcoal chimney once!) and I’ve had really good results. Im thinking about trying something else, but Im not Reading More May Cause Envy…
