Dizengoff Carrot Salad?
Just tried the Chelsea Market outpost and was blown away, particularly by that carrot-pistachio salad. It’s not in Solomonov’s Zahav Cookbook, and Googling was nonproductive. Anyone have a similar recipe or ideas? Reading More May Cause Envy…
