Roasting veggies for pizza.
I was reading this recipe for a deep dish pizza.
It had the veggies roasting in the broiler for only 4 – 6 mins.

Don’t they need to be roasted longer?
Or, will most of the roasting be done when the pizza cooks, and the broiler is just to help them a little Reading More May Cause Envy…
