A new favorite summer snack
I was watching Lidia the other day and she made a salad of sliced fennel bulb, celery, and onion, some chopped fennel fronds, julienned hard salami and a couple of nice Italian cheeses, salt and pepper, olive oil, and the juice of a lemon. I cheaper out on the Reading More May Cause Envy…
