Please share your 'secret' to baking whole wheat bread!
I have been trying (and failing) to bake bread using all whole wheat flour. I do not want to add white flour if at all possible. My bread keeps coming out very dense. Not sure if it’s the wheat flour or perhaps I just don’t have the right recipe or Reading More May Cause Envy…
