Dried buttermilk powder: King Arthur vs Bob's Red Mill
Has anyone tried both brands for dried buttermilk powder? I’m trying to decide which one to purchase. This would be used for baking, though I might try it for buttermilk fried chicken. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks. Reading More May Cause Envy…
