What made my chicken go wrong?
I purchased an organic, free range whole chicken from a very high end butcher shop(and paid +++$$$ BTW). It was an odd fellow (perfect size for 2) as it must have been tall and lanky – long but not huge, meaty legs but regular sized breasts. It came in Reading More May Cause Envy…
