first time fried chicken
Hi, ‘m preparing to cook fried chicken for the first time. I have a chicken jointed and soaking in buttermilk and egg, but I don’t have temperature gauges. What can I do to ensure the oil is the right temperature (350)? Any tips? Reading More May Cause Envy…
