Diana Henry's Baked Cod
Finally got the book (thank you Caitlin) from the UK.
Do you think the baked cod with a zesty crust would work as well with a flatter fish, such as flounder or tilapia?
WE are not really into cod but we may change our minds if this recipe is a great as Reading More May Cause Envy…
