How to defrost frozen cake properly?
I need to bake and freeze a pumpkin cake for an event mid-week. It will be unfrosted.
How do I properly defrost it so that it does not become soggy or dry out?
I have never frozen cake before. I assume if I wrap it tightly in plastic wrap before freezing that Reading More May Cause Envy…
