How long will rolled out pizza dough keep in the fridge?
We had a grilled pizza party today, for which I used the Serious Eats grilled Neopolitan pizza (I let it rise overnight in the fridge, took it out and portioned it into balls, let it rise for 30 or so minutes on the counter, then rolled out). As per the Reading More May Cause Envy…
