parchment paper vs. waxed paper ?
Waxed paper is good for baking cakes. Reynold’s (the maker of the most popular brand) has said that it shouldn’t be used when it is exposed during baking, so it is not to be used on cookies.
Parchment works well for cookies, but I personally don’t ever use it.
