What are your favourite omelette fillings?
A couple of my favorite omelet fillings are refried beans, cheese, chopped onions, ans salsa. I think any meat filling for a taco or burrito makes a good filling for an omelet. I never order omelets in restaurants because most of them have boring fillings. I don’t really like going Reading More May Cause Envy…
