Milk substitutes in rice pudding/custards
I’ve been making rice pudding (or custard) for years..it calls for 6 eggs and 3 cups milk. In the past, I’ve used a combination of skim milk and 1/2 and 1/2.
However, the milk drinker in the house suddenly decided the milk was bad for her digestion, and switched to flax Reading More May Cause Envy…
