Help! Pear/Persimmon Dessert with Sauternes
Hello!
I am trying to figure out a dessert for Christmas that will go with a nice (not especially expensive) Sauternes which, while not labelled d’yquem, is made from their young vines.
I have ripe pears and persimmons I’d like to use, as well as some decent roquefort.
