I picked up a whole boneless pork loin roast and i’m not sure how long to cook it. I had my butcher cut it in half so I could fit it in my roasting pan, so now I have two 5 lbs roasts. The guidelines for this are all over Reading More May Cause Envy…
I love food. Unfortunately, I can't cook worth a damn. I've been known to even burn water.
When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
