Skinnytaste cookbooks, including "Skinnytaste Fast and Slow"

OK, I finally broke down “Skinnytaste Fast and Slow.” Anyone else have this book or her previous book? What things have you tried from the two books and what did you think of them in terms of deliciousness and ease of preparation?
