Is it true…Turkish cuisine is the fourth world cuisine?
Anyone have a failsafe Turkish cookbook to recommend? I’m dithering over Babacan and Basan on Amazon, with Sultan’s Kitchen the show horse.
Anyone eaten good, authentic Turkish cuisine? Ten-scale rating?
