Question about water chesnuts
I recently read in a trendy Chinese cookbook that canned water chesnuts are dog food, and the only good ones are fresh. Is this true? And if so, where can I find some in the South San Francisco Bay Area? I don’t ever remember seeing them in Chinese groceries. Reading More May Cause Envy…
