Dressing for side salad that won't clash with mushroom crepes?
For a main dish, I’m serving crepes filled with simply sauteed wild mushrooms topped with a chive sauce made with soured cream.
The salad to along with the crepes will have baby leaves, rocket and roasted chunks of sweet potato. However, I’ve no idea how to dress this that won’t clash Reading More May Cause Envy…
