Using "Hidden" anchovies in cooking
I bought an 800 gm(!) can of anchovies online by accident. I really like anchovies, but the family only likes them in small quantities. What dishes do you cook that have “hidden” anchovies to add flavor? My apologies if there is another thread on this topic–I couldn’t find Reading More May Cause Envy…
