What is your view on Foie Gras/How would you prepare it?
I used to love the stuff, both sauteed and as a chilled pate. However, I saw a video of a goose being force fed by machine that was truly revolting and had me swear off permanently. As we can now “grow” hamburger in the lab out of stem cells, maybe Reading More May Cause Envy…
