Cooking a 4lb Roast!
Hello, I just found this site and I am hoping you can help! I have a 4lb Beef Round Tip Cap off roast. I would like to cook it low and slow in the oven, with it having that outer crust. How long do I cook this for and at Reading More May Cause Envy…
