Season to Sear
I made a beautiful Fillet Mignon last night. Seasoned with salt and pepper and once seared, I threw In Garlic, butter, and rosemary. Tossed it in the over and it came out beautifully but to be honest, it wasn’t the greatest steak (flavor wise). My question here is, what other Reading More May Cause Envy…
