Leftover peach ice cream
I made peach ice cream over the weekend–peaches, brown sugar, cream, milk, vanilla–and it turned out pretty good, though a little grainy after chilling. Now it is really grainy but I still have almost 2 cups left. Can I melt it down and use it to make a Reading More May Cause Envy…
