California - Mex enchilada sauce
When I was in California, I loved the enchilada sauce. It was red and both sweet and a bit spicy. I made a sauce with Anaheim chile powder, but it didn’t come close to the sauce I had eaten n California. Can someone suggest a recipe? Reading More May Cause Envy…
