Parboiling chicken wings to make them extra crispy?
This is my only method of deep frying wings. Super easy ….I add half a cup of sugar and half a cup of salt to a big pot if cold water. Just add frozen wings and let it sit till defrosted. Bring the water up to slow simmer. Reading More May Cause Envy…
