Is parchment paper waterproof?
My answer is 7 years late, but hey.
I would call it water resistant. I used it to protect my cheesecake while it sat in the oven in its water bath. No water leaked to the cake. The inside of the parchment paper had some condensation in it, Reading More May Cause Envy…
