I am hosting some friends for dinner next weekend and am hoping to make most of the meal ahead of time so I don’t get stuck in the kitchen. I am leaning towards making Suzanne Goin’s Spiced Pork Stew with Polenta but am worried it may be too autumn-like. Reading More May Cause Envy…
