Looking for pickling salts
I just picked up a lovely beef tongue, would like to corn it, and time is critical (amazon does not seem to have this stuff on prime). Ideas? back to work tomorrow for long days so anywhere from Kearney Mesa/Central SD/Mission Hills etc would work. thanks! Reading More May Cause Envy…
