Homemade Vanilla Syrup - does it really need to be refrigerated?
Goingto have to disagree with that. I routinely keep simple syrup in the fridge for over a month, sometimes two months, and have never experienced mold, off-smells, change in flavor, etc… Been doing this for over a decade now, so that’s literally dozens upon dozens of batches I’ve Reading More May Cause Envy…
