you’re coming at this from the wrong end.
you can’t just dump rice and beef in the slow cooker and expect good results.
here’s a slow-cooker beef stew recipe that may be a better jumping off point for you. slow-cookers need MUCH less liquid than a braise, since you are essentially Reading More May Cause Envy…
