Doctoring up boxed brownie mix...
I came looking for suggestions to turn a bag of Ghirardelli brownie mix into mini muffins. I combined many different suggestions and came up with the following combination. They went over very well!
1 bag Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate mix
1/3 melted butter, cooled (rather than oil)
