Help with carelized sugar for flan
The custard part always turns out great however after everything is called when I go to dump the Flan out of the dish and onto the plate much of the caramelized sugar stays in the dish that it was cooked it. I’m not sure how to remedy this and what Reading More May Cause Envy…
