Cooking with ketchup

I do.
Sometimes, I make “ketchup fried rice” which of courses uses ketchup. Same with “ketchup chow mein”
I will also add a bit of ketchup to MaPo Tofu for the Capsaicin-challenged.
Then there are the obvious and common things like ketchup cake, meatloaf, shephard’s pie, sloppy joes, baked beans, etc.

I love food. Unfortunately, I can't cook worth a damn. I've been known to even burn water.
When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
