Canned abalone
I got as a gift three cans of abalone marketed by Dover Fisheries, an Australian company. There are no instructions ob the can other than saying the drained weight is 7 1/2 oz.

Does anyone here know if this abalone is ready to eat or does it need to be Reading More May Cause Envy…
