Brining pork butt too long

Picked up pork shoulder on friday put some in freezer and some in coolers packed with ice..Sunday I brined 2 for almost 24 hours and than have been dry rubbed in the fridge for 24 hours, now in the smoker. Monday I brined 4 more that were packed in ice Reading More May Cause Envy…
