pie dough with corn starch gel
don’t know what happened to my original thread but I’m hoping to get more information about this dough which Christopher Kimball says is his best after 40 years of searching for the perfect pie crust. It calls for making a gel from corn starch and water, briefly freezing it, Reading More May Cause Envy…
