What happened to my spaetzle dough?
I bought a Norpro Spaetzle Maker on Amazon and I just used it and everything turned out perfect. My recipe was 2 Cups of flour, 3 eggs, 1/2 Cup cold water, and 1/2 tsp of salt.. I was so amazed how it just kep popping out with ease into the Reading More May Cause Envy…
