Can I freeze potato yeast dough?

This is the time of year when there are great sales on potatoes. I make and freeze gnocchi and fries. But I have so many potatoes I would also like to make and freeze my potato dough that I use for rolls, focaccia and slicing bread. I Reading More May Cause Envy…
