Duck stock help
Hi all,
A farmer from our farmers market has stew ducks available–which I’ve never seen before, so naturally I had to have one. I’ve decided I want to make a duck ramen, but all the duck stock recipes call for roasting the bones. Since I will have a whole (presumably Reading More May Cause Envy…
