Cornstarch vs Tapioca starch in baking?

Hi there!

I understand that cornstarch and tapioca starch are good substitutes for each other, in cooking and baking.

Correct me if im wrong…
For cooking, ratio of cornstarch : tapioca starch should be 1:1, while for baking it is 1:1 …?
