Seeking basic recipe for turning baker's chocolate into eating chocolate
I believe, in 2014, Consumer Lab found 100% Baker’s chocolate to be the only cacao product uncontaminated with lead and cadmium. It is a real shame because Baker’s chocolate is not organic or fairly traded. I do enjoy the flavor of baker’s chocolate but I am Reading More May Cause Envy…
