Freezing white chicken chili with a heavy cream roux
I’ve been making this annually for a November meeting, this year I can’t be there, and I was asked if I could make it two weeks ahead.
I understand a roux, especially one with dairy, could “break” when frozen.
My choices are
-to make a recipe with no cream, which Reading More May Cause Envy…
