Hot or Cold oven for popovers?
I want to make popovers for the first time but before I’d like to know if it’s true that if they go into a preheated oven they won’t inflate correctly. I read somewhere (don’t remember where) that a cold oven is required for the air to fill them. Thanks for Reading More May Cause Envy…
