Got Big Rib Roast for Thanksgiving. Too Big to Cook? Cut in Half?
I got a big 11-pound rib roast for Thanksgiving (5 adults and 3 kids) and now I’m wondering whether it is too big to cook evenly. In the past, I have successfully cooked rib roasts about half the size (around 5 to 6 pounds). So now I’m thinking that maybe Reading More May Cause Envy…
