Southern Italy lemon ricotta recipe?
I had it up in Umbria as “ricotta cotta.” I am about to experiment with a recipe—I know the elements are ricotta, lemon flesh and zest, and sugar, baked, but I don’t know the proportions yet. I will post again if I find a good balance. Reading More May Cause Envy…
