Peter Luger Creamed Spinach Recipe?
I think I have figured out their spinach recipe. There is no milk or cream at all in it. I cooked 3 pounds of fresh baby spinach in 1 cup of salted water until wilted.
Drain and reserve liquid, squeezing out as much as possible.
