Potato encrusted salmon
What recipe are you following? Using raw shredded potatoes in a saute pan or layered thin slices of potato..?
It’s really important any excess moisture is removed from raw potatoes, could be that the potato and or salmon are too wet. Reading More May Cause Envy…
