Konjac/Glucomannan Powder
Hi,
I have been trying to use Konjac powder as a thickener but have not been having much luck and was looking for advice.
I have had success with Xanthan gum in rice pudding but when I try and replicate it with Konjac powder no such luck. My current recipe is 3/4 Reading More May Cause Envy…
